A Proven Process With Remarkable Results

At Watermark & Company we understand that the Design | Renovate process can be quite involved and sometimes overwhelming to those who have never undertaken an extensive renovation project. Our approach is both comprehensive and thoughtful because we view each project as a unique opportunity to help our clients realize the space of their dreams.

Consultation

Our personalized approach starts with a meeting on site to establish the client’s goals and objectives. We’ll evaluate the existing space in addition to discussing the client’s desired aesthetics and investment range for the project. After the consultation, we are able provide the client with enough pricing information to begin securing any necessary financing.

Design Development

We have strategic partnerships with our own architects, interior designers, material suppliers, and engineering experts to develop the blueprints and specifications and we can easily collaborate with the client’s own architect, designer or engineer. In either scenario, a complete design that includes all of the client’s selections is rendered as a final road map for the project.

Proposal

With the design complete, a comprehensive proposal will be prepared that includes a Scope of Work to the very last detail for a fixed price. Our goal is to ensure that the client’s vision is spelled out in writing and that we accurately portrait that in the work to be performed.

Contract

With funding secured, all blueprint modifications complete, and the scope of work finalized, we’ll issue the contract that includes the timeline for completion, warranty information, and a draw schedule based on work completed. Our priority is to establish a meeting of the minds that not only details the work itself but also for job site safety and cleanliness.

Commencement

After contract execution, permits are pulled and pre-construction meetings are set to establish expectations with our team of skilled and licensed craftsmen. Once the project starts, our clients can expect consistent communication regarding all aspects of the project. We understand that no project is truly complete until the client is thoroughly delighted and it is this continuous communication and our precise execution that allows us to achieve remarkable results.
